Practical Wisdom

Recently I’ve been looking through a few TED talks, thanks to the iPhone TED app. I came across this great talk by Barry Schwartz, and wanted to share it with you. What I think is very interesting for us as project managers is the recognition that sometimes rules don’t work, and incentives can skew behaviour - not always in the way you want.

It is quite long, but believe me, it is more than worth it. Let me know what you think!

Thanks for coming back to Project Management Guide. If you haven't already, you may want to subscribe via the RSS feed, or if you prefer, via email. Thanks for visiting again!
